1. Ask your child about the bat presentation we had today.

3. We won a pizza party for most people participating in the magazine sales!!! Next Friday is our lunch date:)

Wednesday, Nov. 20th

1. Rider Pep Band is playing tomorrow morning. Friday is Rider Pride green and white day, but you may want to make it two days:)

Wednesday, Nov. 6th

1. Thursday we will have our remembrance day service at 10:45. All parents welcome
2. We will be accepting donations for poppies. Students may want to bring 1$ to buy a remembrance day poppy bracelet. They are available in the library. Limited quantity.

Tuesday, Nov. 5th

1. Tomorrow is Rider Day! Wear your green and white to support our team!
2. Parents, ask your child about the French performance today. It was funny!
3. If you forgot your library books please bring them tomorrow or Thursday to return.
4. New Reflection sheets are in the agendas. No reflection this week. Next Friday, English reflection.

Monday, Nov. 4th

1. School photos went home today.
2. Reading logs also went home. It's a short week so no reflection due this week. English reflection for next Friday, Nov. 15th

Monday, Oct. 28th

It was so great to see so many families enjoying the Halloween Howl:)

1. Reading logs went home today. I included a new sheet for November. Please continue to use the old sheet until Friday. Count up the minutes to see if your child reached the goal of 80 minutes in English and 160 minutes in French. A french reflection for this Friday please.
2. Some children have math to complete.
3. Anyone wishing to purchase scholastics has until Thursday to get an order in.

Thursday, Oct. 24th

1. Great job on the math test everyone!! Please have a parent sign and return them.
2. English reading reflection tomorrow.

Monday, Oct. 21

1. Math test review. Math test will be Wednesday, Oct. 22
2. Class photos go home
3. SCC looking for more Halloween Howl volunteers (blue sheet)

Friday, Oct. 11th

1. No reading log due the week of the 18th. I will return the marked reflections on Tuesday with the folder.
2. I will be emailing with conference times by Tuesday. I will try to accommodate any requests the best I can. This conference will be focusing on goal writing. If you would like to discuss something more, perhaps we will book another time to meet as each conference is only 15 minutes. Thanks for your understanding.
3. A very happy Thanksgiving and Eid Mubarak weekend!

Wed. Oct. 9th

1. Year book order forms went home today. Due on the 17th

6. We had a GREAT day at Brown's Coulee. We saw all sorts of things like seeds, scat and a muskrat! Thanks to all the parents who came out!

Tuesday, Oct. 8th

1. We are going to Browne's Coulee tomorrow. Please dress for the weather. We will leave at 9am and return around 12pm.

1. School photos went home. Please return with your selections by Oct. 11th
2. Tomorrow is Disney Day. Come dress as your favourite character or throw on a Disney shirt or a pair of ears:)

BBQ & Field Trip

We've been asked to pass along the message to NOT remove your shoes tonight unless they are muddy. Please come in and wipe them off as best you can. Looking forward to seeing those who can make it tonight.

As for the field trip, I haven't heard one way or another so please come prepared to go. If I hear something different I will let you know. You may want to make your child a seat to bring along.
