2. Cardboard Challenge is set for Oct. 25th. Kids are welcome to start bring cardboard Monday, Oct. 22nd. Parents are welcome for part of the day or the whole day to help bring creations to life.
3. Friday is our smudge.

1. We are working on our reading endurance. Being able to sit in one spot, quietly, reading the whole time without being distracted. We are working towards a class goal of 20 minutes. We've reached 10 minutes in both French and English.
2. Children are coming home with their log-in information for prodigy math. This is an online math learning tool. The students are very excited to get playing.
3. Scholastic orders are due Monday. Please place your order online.

3. White recorders for February. Our music teacher Mme Studlin would like the class to have white (soprano) recorders for February. If you do not have one, you may purchase one through the cash online. Please write their names on both the recorder and the cover.

2. Gr. 3s can start practicing their additions facts. We will be adding and subtracting up to 3 digit numbers.
3. Gr. 4s can start practicing their multiplication facts. We will be learning strategies for multiplication up to 9x9.

Welcome back!!

1. Consent and waiver forms for our field trip went home today. Please return them by Wednesday, Jan. 17th and make your $4.50 payment on line.
2. Scholastics went home yesterday. Please return by Tuesday, Jan. 16th.
3. Some grade 3 students have math homework, pages 72 & 73. If not able to complete tonight, please return the work tomorrow.
